DENVER (September 8, 2021) — A Public Utilities Commission (PUC) administrative law judge will conduct a remote public comment hearing on Wednesday, September 16, to take comment on Colorado Natural Gas Inc.’s proposed cost recovery approach for costs incurred during the February 2021 extreme weather event.
DENVER (September 7, 2021) - Today, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), part of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), announced that it is providing additional funding to 13 states, including Colorado, in support of Affordable Care Act Section 1332 reinsurance waivers. This additional funding of nearly $50 million for Colorado’s Reinsurance Program is a result of expanded subsidies for people buying health insurance from the individual market (meaning not from an employer) provided under the American Rescue Plan (ARP).

DENVER (August 24, 2021) - The Colorado Division of Insurance is hosting a series of virtual stakeholder meetings designed to address specific stakeholder groups and the concerns of those groups regarding the Colorado Option and the standardized benefit plan being developed. The Emergency Broadband Benefits Program is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program, administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), that uses federal funding to provide temporary discounts on monthly broadband bills for qualified low-income households.
