DENVER - The Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC), part of the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), invites the public to comment on ways to make its regulation of utilities more equitable and to address historical inequalities experienced by Colorado communities.

Colorado Option Advisory Board Applications - REMINDER TO SUBMIT BY APRIL 15

House Bill 21-1232, a bill passed by the Colorado Legislature and signed into law by Governor Polis last year, established the Colorado Option Program and directed the Division of Insurance to consult with an Advisory Board. The Colorado Option will help improve access, affordability, and racial health equity for Coloradans purchasing health insurance in the individual market (meaning insurance, not from an employer) and the small group market (for employers with less than 100 employees).

Office of Hearing Aid Provider Licensure - Permanent Rulemaking Hearing on May 3, 2022

The Office of Hearing Aid Provider Licensure will hold a Permanent Rulemaking Hearing to allow stakeholders a final opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed rule revisions. The revisions to Rule 1.4 are proposed in compliance with section 12-20-203, C.R.S., allowing licensees the ability to change the status of their license to inactive.

State Electrical Board - Second Stakeholder Meeting on April 29, 2022

The State Electrical Board (Board) will hold a Second Stakeholder Meeting to allow stakeholders another opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed changes throughout the Board’s rules pursuant to the rule review mandated by section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S. The purpose of the rule review is to assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of the rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed. The Board is also requesting stakeholder input on any additional rule revisions that should be considered.
