DENVER - The Colorado Public Utilites Commission (PUC) will conduct a virtual public comment hearing in the PUC's Hearing Room A on September 19, 2022, beginning at 9 a.m. and lasting until 5 p.m., or, until concluded by the Commission, to take comment on a rulemaking related to natural gas utilities.
DENVER – A public comment hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, Tuesday, Sept. 6, for input on Xcel Energy’s 2022-2025 Renewable Energy Plan.
Parties to the proceeding submitted a settlement agreement on September 1, and the Commission will be evaluating the proposal.

DENVER – On Wed., Aug. 31, the Commission will have a special public comment hearing from 11 a.m.- noon. The Air Pollution Control Division (Division) of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) will provide comments regarding their development of expected greenhouse gas accounting procedures intended to be used by utilities when creating clean heat plan filings.
