State Electrical Board - Second Stakeholder Meeting on April 29, 2022

The State Electrical Board (Board) will hold a Second Stakeholder Meeting to allow stakeholders another opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed changes throughout the Board’s rules pursuant to the rule review mandated by section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S. The purpose of the rule review is to assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of the rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed. The Board is also requesting stakeholder input on any additional rule revisions that should be considered.

  • Submit Written Comments: Oral comments will be taken from participants who are present via webinar. The Board encourages stakeholders to provide comments on the proposed rule changes and any additional changes that should be considered. All written and oral comments will be provided to the Board before any permanent rule revisions are considered.
