This guide contains comprehensive information to help navigate recent changes to the death care industry through SB24-173 and HB24-1335, as well as information for consumers relating to choosing a provider, pre-planning, contracts, and more.
This guide, along with an updated webpage, continues an effort to inform licensees and consumers about regulatory changes in the death care industry. Additional efforts will include legislative debriefs and rulemaking stakeholder meetings.
