Specifically, we will cover:
- the requirement that all associations in Colorado need to be registered with the Division of Real Estate,
- the difference between a Designated Agent Registration and HOA Registration,
- how to register for both, and
- other commonly asked questions about the registration system.
All are welcome to attend, but this HOA Forum is designed for board members and Community Association Managers.
